Even before New York Fashion Week was a distant memory, the Pantone Institute announced its Fall Fashion Color Report for 2013.
These colors are the source of inspiration for fashion designers such as Tracey Reese, Tadashi Shoji, Peter Som, Charlotte Ronson and Nanette Lepore to name a few. Some of these are autumnal versions of their spring counterparts with a few neutrals added for balance. Of course, Emerald still leads the pack.
As expected, interior design falls in line with these color trends as noted with these lovely treasures...
Chandelier from Currey and Company
Chair from Pier 1
Painted Buffet from Design Haven
Lamp from Dunes and Duchesses
Elton Settee from West Elm
Painted Desk from Vamp Furniture
Rug from Horchow
Lamp from LampsPlus.com
Since we are finally and happily celebrating the arrival of spring, I'll hold off on delving into this color report just yet. Let's just enjoy the daffodils and tulips to soon come.
Happy trend spotting...
Peace and Blessings,
